Raised in Minneapolis, Flip’s culinary journey began with a deep appreciation for food as a way to connect people and celebrate diverse cultures.

Flip’s career was shaped by invaluable experiences working alongside some of the industry’s finest talents in both Minnesota and California. Starting as an executive chef specializing in Thai cuisine and sushi, he earned accolades at an award-winning restaurant, mastering the art of bold flavors and refined presentation. In California, he continued refining his skills in sushi and other Asian cuisines before returning to Minnesota to share his expertise. From working in top-tier restaurants and food trucks to now owning his own brick-and-mortar establishments, Flip’s heart has always been in food.

Through EGGFLIP, Chef Flip showcases his dedication to blending traditional culinary techniques with innovative ideas, offering diners a fresh and exciting perspective on Asian-inspired cuisine.
