Starting as an executive chef specializing in Thai cuisine and sushi, he earned accolades at an award-winning restaurant, mastering the art of bold flavors and refined presentation. In California, he continued refining his skills in sushi and other Asian cuisines before returning to Minnesota to share his expertise. From working in top-tier restaurants and food trucks to now owning his own brick-and-mortar establishments, Flip’s heart has always been in food.
