Meet Chef Flip Koumalasy
Chef Flip Koumalasy is the creative spirit behind EGGFLIP. With over 15 years of culinary experience, Flip has honed his skills across a range of Asian cuisines and fine dining kitchens.
Raised in Minneapolis, Flip’s culinary journey took him through restaurants in Minnesota and California, mastering bold flavors, precise technique, and a belief in food as a connector of people.
His vision for Eggflip has always been to blend traditional techniques with creative innovation — creating a space where every meal feels fresh, bold, and full of heart.
